Eat & Drink

Welcome to the new chef at the Nova Centre who will be looking after food in both the Windmills Restaurant and functions in the Starlight Suite.  Dave Thatcher has been busy since to started work as Head Chef - the Windmills menu has been completely overhauled with a truly mouthwatering array of tasty, succulant meals from Chefs own recipes.  From home made curry to lighter snacks such as Chicken wraps and non-meat options like his excellent Mushroom Stroganoff.  Dave has also turned Sunday lunch into a popular Carvery and hopes to extend the Carvery from more than just Sunday lunch time.     (Read More)
